Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery is inviting experienced catering operators to tender for the operation of two distinctive café spaces: Pitzhanger Pantry in Walpole Park and the Gallery Café within Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery.
We are looking for an ambitious partner who can deliver an excellent visitor experience, a contemporary and high-quality food and drink offer, and a sustainable operation that responds to our diverse audiences throughout the year.

A busy park-facing café in the Rickyard, immediately beside the children’s playground and close to the Manor & Gallery. Primarily takeaway with outdoor seating, it is Pitzhanger’s main catering point for park visitors and programme audiences.
A compact “pocket café” within the Gallery shop, serving visitors to Pitzhanger’s exhibitions, historic Manor and gardens. The existing offer is designed around drinks, snacks and grab-and-go food, with seating in the Gallery foyer and gardens.
We are looking for an experienced and imaginative catering partner who shares Pitzhanger’s commitment to quality, welcoming visitor experiences and environmental sustainability.
The successful operator will understand the needs of both a cultural destination and a busy local park, and will work collaboratively with Pitzhanger to develop the offer, grow audiences and create a café experience that feels distinctive to its setting.

Please note that the Eating Room and the Upper Drawing Room in Pitzhanger Manor will be closed at 3–5pm on 17 October for a private function. Artworks in the affected space will be temporarily off view, but General Admission continues as usual. All rooms will be open before and after this time during our regular opening hours.
