Our beautiful Georgian manor, set in Walpole Park, looks across 28 acres of stunning public parkland, a perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs.
Pitzhanger also has outdoor spaces that can be made private for your big day. We have our beautiful walled garden surrounding Soane’s Garden Room and our manor forecourt that can be booked with an additional cost.

The Manor and Gallery are open to the public Wednesday– Sunday between 10:00 – 17:00. It is possible to arrange a personal show round with one of the events team with prior appointment.

There will be no public access to the spaces that you’ve hired to make sure yourselves and your guests have the utmost privacy. Any spaces not hired will be open to the public Wednesaday-Sunday between 10:00 – 17:00.

Once you’ve decided you’d like to proceed with your booking, we can provisionally hold one date per couple for up to 72 hours.
First, you will be sent a contract to sign. Once your contract is signed an invoice for 50% will be sent to you. You will have 7 days to pay via bank transfer to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 1 month before your big day.

Due to our Grade I listed status, we require you to work with our approved suppliers for catering and floristry. You are welcome to source your own photographers, DJs, and music, provided they meet necessary insurance and safety requirements.

Real candles are not permitted in the manor, and the use of LED candles is strongly encouraged. In Soane’s Garden Room, real candles are allowed for tablescapes; however, all decorative candles not on your dining table must be LED.

Fireworks are not permitted at Pitzhanger Manor. Confetti may only be used outdoors and must be biodegradable or made from real/dried petals.

Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery is a historic house and contemporary art gallery that hosts a variety of exhibitions both inside the gallery and throughout the historic house. In addition, we offer a diverse program of public events, including artisan markets, outdoor theatres, and other open-air activities. While we strive to provide as much advance notice as possible, please note that our program is subject to change.

Suppliers can access your hired spaces two hours prior to your booking time unless otherwise arranged with your Event Manager. For an additional fee of £1,000 + VAT and subject to availability, a pre set up day in Soane’s Garden Room can be arranged. Set up must be complete between 10am-3pm.

All event deliveries and collections must be factored into your hire. If you book a pre set up day you can have items delivered on this day between 10am-3pm.

We do. You’re welcome to have bands & DJs until 11.30pm. Our policy is music off and bar closed at 11.30pm, all guests depart by 12am.

At least two Event Duty Managers will be assigned to your event on the day. They will assist with directions and be on hand for any venue-related issues. Please note that our Event Duty Managers are not wedding coordinators. If you do not have a wedding coordinator or planner, we recommend appointing a friend or family member to act as your master of ceremonies on the day.

Our license in Soane’s Garden Room can be extended to 1am. If you would like to extend your day by an extra hour (music off, bar closed at 00:30) the fee to do so is £750 + VAT.

Smoking is not permitted in the manor grounds. At Soane’s Garden Room, smoking will be restricted to a designated outside area.

Dogs are not permitted in the manor, except for guide or assistance dogs. However, dogs are welcome in Soane’s Garden Room, provided their owners take full responsibility for their care.

Pitzhanger does not have any designated on site parking. Our closest available parking is Mattock Lane, Bond Street and Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may require cancellation or postponement of your event. Cancellations must be made in writing, and cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period provided. For assistance and to explore your options, please reach out to your Event Manager.
