Your Safe Visit – At A Glance
If you are feeling unwell please stay at home.
For more information on the changes we’ve made to keep everyone safe, please read our FAQS below.
We’ve been awarded the ‘Good to Go’ accreditation for our safety measures.
Does everyone need to book tickets online, including Members?
For the time being, everyone needs to book timed tickets on our website in advance to visit Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery. This includes Members and local Ealing residents. This allows us to maintain safe distances between visitors and to keep track of the number of people at Pitzhanger any one time. Our current guidance is that you can book your timed entry ticket with a group of up to six people. We will email your ticket to you, and you will need to show it on a smartphone or printed, when you arrive.
While entry price remains the same, we are asking those that are able to consider making a donation to help the museum through these difficult times, particularly when we can only welcome a fraction of our usual visitor numbers. There is an option to donate extra when booking – donations of all size make a difference.
How many tickets can I book? Can I book tickets for a group?
Our current guidance is that you can book your timed entry ticket with a group of up to six people but it is not possible to make a group booking of more than six tickets at present. Visitors can book up to six tickets per time slot but these must all be from the same household. We ask that all members of your group arrive at the same time and stay together throughout the visit.
What if I am running late?
Your timed entry is valid for 15 minutes – unfortunately late admittance will not be possible.
Why do I need to provide personal details when I book?
We are required to hold the contact details of the lead booker of each group, so that we can assist the NHS Covid Test and Trace service. We will retain your contact details (name, phone number, email) for 21 days as we are required to do. Please see our privacy statement here for further details.
I have pre-booked a ticket and I’m now unable to visit. What shall I do?
If you, or anyone in your group has been in contact with or have experienced symptoms of Covid-19, you must not attend. Please email email@example.com to organise a refund. If you are giving your ticket to a friend for this reason, please do inform us with the correct contact details for the Track and Trace service.
How long will my visit take? Is there a time limit?
The visit is limited to an hour – with 30 minutes in the Manor and 30 minutes in the exhibition, plus additional time at the end to visit the Pitzhanger Shop. Please be aware that our front of house team will guide your visit to ensure the appropriate distance is maintained between all groups.
How will you ensure we can visit safely?
We have taken a number of safeguarding measures to keep you safe during your visit:
