Advance booking is recommended to guarantee entry, as tickets at the door are subject to availability.

Suggested last entry 30 minutes before closing.

Pitzhanger Shop and Cafes do not require tickets. Last serving time is 4:30pm.

To help protect the artworks and the historic manor, we kindly ask visitors to carry backpacks and rucksacks in front of them at all times.

Free lockers are available at the gallery entrance for backpacks. Unfortunately, we are not able to store large bags or luggage.

Pre-booking is required and subject to availability. Proof of eligibility is needed (e.g., a valid driving licence, recent bank statement, or utility bill). This will be checked at the front desk.

Experience Pitzhanger with our Pay-What-You-Can model, available exclusively to residents of the London Borough of Ealing. Ealing residents can choose to pay £7, £5, £3, £1, or visit completely free of charge.

This flexible model ensures everyone in our local community can enjoy Pitzhanger, while those who are able to contribute help support our work to keep this historic house and gallery open for all.

How to book your Ealing Resident ticket:

1. Create an account on our website and ensure your address includes a valid postcode within the London Borough of Ealing.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Select the “Ealing Resident Pay What You Can” ticket option. You will be able to choose to pay £7, £5, £3, £1, or select the free option.
4. Bring proof of address (for example, a driving licence, recent bank statement or utility bill) with an Ealing postcode when you visit.

Important:

• The free option is available to book online only and is subject to availability.
• Walk-in visitors without an online booking must select a ticket priced £1 or above.
• Proof of eligibility will be checked at the front desk.
