Accessibility
The manor lift is currently out of service, we’re working hard to resolve the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery is now fully accessible for people with wheelchairs, buggies, or who may find stairs challenging. The Gallery entrance is level access, with lower floors served by a lift. An accessible bathroom is located on the lower floor of the Gallery building.
The Manor is served by flat access from the Gallery reception, and a lift to all floors open to the public.
There is a wheelchair onsite which may be used by visitors – to ensure it is available when you visit please email pitzhanger@pitzhanger.org.uk to reserve it.
Visitors with disabilities are entitled to a concession ticket. Carers and assistants accompanying a visitor with a standard or concession ticket are entitled to free entry. See Tickets and Concessions for full details.
Soane’s Garden Room is fully accessible and served by flat access.
Parking
Pitzhanger does not have any onsite parking, and we recommend travelling by public transport wherever possible. There is a large car park at Ealing Broadway shopping centre, about 5 minutes’ walk from Pitzhanger. Please note this is a charged car park. There is also some very limited street parking around Pitzhanger. Find out more about how to reach Pitzhanger by public transport here.
Disabled Parking Spaces
There are three disabled parking spaces on Mattock Lane, a very short distance from Pitzhanger, however we do not own these so cannot guarantee space. Alternatively there is a drop-off point immediately outside the entrance to Pitzhanger on the corner of Mattock Lane and Ealing Green. There are then several large car parks nearby, including at Ealing Broadway shopping centre. Wherever possible, we recommend travelling by public transport. Please see Getting to Pitzhanger for more details.
