Join us for what will be an entertaining and lively event showcasing some of the best writing talent that Ealing has to offer! The evening will feature 20 local authors and poets – both established and emerging – pitching their work in a fast-paced, high-energy event compèred by Capital Xtra DJ and literature champion Jojo Silva.
There promises to be something for everyone and there is no better way to get exposure to an amazing range of writers, genres and subjects. And after the event there will be an opportunity to purchase the books you have just heard about!
The aim of Ealing Book Festival is to celebrate the joy of reading and to advance engagement and education around literature and reading. Through our events we hope to bring people and communities together; inspire and develop writers of all ages; showcase well-known authors and promote local writers, and grow book-loving audiences. The Festival team is Catherine Jaquiss, Alex Gerlis, Anne Elletson, Tanya Burgess, Nadine Thompson, Jeff Highfield, Ian Burge, Emma Walker and Natalie Arestis.
