Set in the picturesque back garden of Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery in Walpole Park, this fresh take on Jane Austen’s beloved novel sees the author herself act out the tale with her nieces. Bring a picnic rug or folding chair and enjoy theatre in one of Ealing’s most historic and beautiful settings, once the home of Sir John Soane. Presented by The Questors Theatre, one of the UK’s leading amateur theatre companies based in West London.

Doon Mackichan is a celebrated British actress, comedian and writer, best known for co-creating the double-Emmy-winning Smack the Pony. Her extensive career includes roles in Alan Partridge, Toast of London and Good Omens. Her stage work has been acclaimed, including performances at the National Theatre and Royal Court.
Martin Millar is a Scottish author and playwright known for blending magical realism with social commentary. His novels include Thraxas and The Good Fairies of New York. He is also a playwright with a flair for contemporary and witty storytelling.
Based in the heart of Ealing, The Questors Theatre is one of the UK’s leading amateur theatres with a rich history of performance and education. The company has been producing innovative and accessible theatre since 1929 and continues to engage local audiences through new writing and classic revivals.
