Join us for two playful and calming movement sessions designed for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years! Led by yoga & mindfulness teacher Désirée Boyneburg-Madile, Move and Flow encourages little ones to explore movement, rhythm, and relaxation in a fun and nurturing environment.
10-10.40am Session, Baby Yoga, is suitable for babies and their carers (from 6 weeks to 12 months). This class provides specially designed practices to support early development by engaging all the senses through gentle stretches, guided movements, playful interactions, and soothing relaxation exercises. With plenty of opportunities for bonding, this class offers a joyful way for parents and carers to connect with their little ones while supporting their physical and emotional well-being.
11-11.40am, Family Yoga, is suitable for children and their carers (from 1-5 years). This session is very creative and interactive, it’s all about having fun moving & flowing together. It includes breathing and physical exercises, games, music, mindfulness practices and relaxation.
Your children will develop breath and body awareness, coordination, balance, imagination and confidence while enjoying quality time with you, strengthening your bond through playful movement and relaxation!

Gallery Access on Panel Discussion Evening
Please note that 4 December, the Eating Room in Pitzhanger Manor will close at 6pm for the Contemporary Perspectives on Hodgkin: A Panel Discussion with Shanay Jhaveri and Hannah Perry. From 5pm, there may be some set-up activity in the space, though it will remain open and accessible for ticket holders.
If you do not have a ticket for the talk, we recommend planning your visit a little earlier in the day to enjoy the full exhibition.
