Join us for the first Sunday of each month for special tours, workshops and creative activities inspired by Pitzhanger and our exhibitions, including storytelling and children’s trails.

Craft activity

Families are invited to come to the education room for a free family craft activity session. This session has been inspired by the gorgeous hand painted wallpaper in the upper drawing room, one of the treasures of this beautiful building. At this session you will be making your own clay bird.

Storytelling

Join Judy and her puppets to watch some Spring stories based on traditional tales, such as “Little Red Hen” and find out about life cycles and how things grow.  The stories will be engaging and will provide lots of opportunity for the children to join in with the action.  Children will also receive a sunflower seed to take home and grow.
