Build, imagine and play this October half-term as PlayWorks returns to Pitzhanger for three days of free, child-led outdoor play, delivered by Outdoor People and their experienced team of Playworkers.
Children are invited to build, invent and explore with giant blocks, boxes, flowers, branches, colourful fabric and all sorts of weird and wonderful loose parts in the walled front garden of Pitzhanger. There’s no set way to play — children can follow their imaginations and create, experiment and have fun at their own pace.
Advance registration is recommended and free. Registering helps us plan for the event and keeps you informed with any updates before your visit.
You’re also welcome to simply drop in on the day and join the fun.

Working with schools, communities and cultural organisations, they create playful outdoor experiences that encourage creativity, curiosity and adventure.
