Shakespeare in the Park: Love’s Labour’s Lost

Overview

A playful, fast-paced production of this much-loved comedy.

With its vibrant characters, witty dialogue, and unexpected ending, Love’s Labour’s Lost remains one of Shakespeare’s most charming and thought-provoking comedies.

The King of Navarre and his three noble companions swear off all pleasures — including the company of women — to devote themselves to scholarly pursuits but when the enchanting Princess of France and her ladies arrive on a diplomatic visit, their lofty vows are put to the ultimate test.

Join us for an afternoon of laughter, joy and adventure, where hearts are laid bare, and love — no matter how hard we try — will not be denied.
