Big Give Arts for Impact Week: Double Your Donation for SEND Arts Learning
Overview
Help us make arts learning accessible for everyone through the Big Give Arts for Impact Week.
We are facing a moment of extreme pressure on all SEND structures in the UK. At Pitzhanger, we believe that everyone should be able to access and enjoy high-quality arts experiences, which is why we are working with the Big Give to improve our SEND opportunities and make a real difference to our local communities.
With your support and in partnership with SEND teachers and pupils, we will be able to:
Create new SEND Discovery Packs
Introduce tactile sculptures and outdoor learning materials
Design visual stories to help alleviate anxiety for new SEND visitors
Offer more workshops and visits dedicated for SEND groups
This Arts for Impact Week, your support will be matched by Big Give, meaning £5 from you provides £10 for our SEND programme.
Donate by midday 24 March 2026 to double your impact and make double the difference for children in our communities.
All public donations made through Big Give during the campaign week will be matched while match funds remain available, meaning your gift can have double the impact. Big Give explains this as a simple matched model: for example, £50 becomes £100 for the charity.
Pitzhanger’s campaign, SEND Arts Learning in West London, is raising £7,500 to support SEND-focused arts access and learning over the coming years.
If match funds are exhausted before the campaign closes, donations may no longer be doubled, so early giving is encouraged.
Donations must be made via the Big Give platform during the live campaign window.
This unique event grants Members of Pitzhanger exclusive access to the exhibition before it opens to the general public, and outside of public opening hours.
Please note that the Eating Room and the Upper Drawing Room in Pitzhanger Manor will be closed at 3–5pm on 17 October for a private function. Artworks in the affected space will be temporarily off view, but General Admission continues as usual. All rooms will be open before and after this time during our regular opening hours.
