3 December
Winter Wonderland Yoga & Christmas Card Making
Winter Wonderland Yoga | 10:30 am – 11:00 am & 11:30am – 12:00pm
Start off the hectic month of December in a mindful way with some yoga for the whole family! Family Yoga sessions are an opportunity for families to bond together through movement, breathing and relaxation to build trust and share quality time together as well as learn new skills. The session will start with some breathing, followed by fun yoga postures, ending with a relaxation or mindfulness activity. This will feel extra special in the setting of Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery’s Georgian Eating Room, surrounded by its beautiful architecture and welcoming space!
Hazel is a Yoga teacher for children and teenagers, graduated from Yoga Campus. Hazel has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years and with her daughter since 2012. She currently teaches a Breakfast Club, children afternoon session and a number of Yoga sessions weekly at a local nursery. You can find more details on her website: https://yogahazel.com/.
Please note:
- Each session has very limited space, so participants will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early to secure your spot!
- There are two sessions, one at 10:30 and another at 11:30, so if you don’t make the first one – come to the second!
- Please bring your own yoga mat if you’re able, as quantities will be limited on the day.
