OVERVIEW
Our cafe partner is recruiting a full time General Manager for one of our small but lovely sites at Pitzhanger Pantry in Walpole Park, Ealing.
Working with both the Roots & Berries central team and Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery (for whom we operate the cafe), you will be leading our wonderful pantry team and running the site day to day.

Roots & Berries is an independent family run group of nine unique cafés in some of London’s most treasured neighborhood spaces, including The Skylark Café on glorious Wandsworth Common and The Tea House in vibrant Bishop’s Park, Fulham.

About You
We are looking for someone that has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and who enjoys leading an amazing customer and team experience.
As part of the Roots & Berries family we pull together with smiles on our faces, so it is important for us to have people who are friendly, positive and have great attention to detail.
You should have the confidence to lead and direct your team calmly during a busy service, as well as communicate and work effectively with the wider Roots & Berries team.
1 year experience as Café Assistant Manager or Supervisor or 2 years experience as Shift/Team Leader is required.
