During this time, special admission prices apply: £8 Standard / £4 Students. Visitors can explore the manor, see J’Accuse…! Sculptures by Nicole Farhi, and enjoy Alison Watt’s work in Soane’s historic home.

Join one of Britain’s best -loved children’s writers, former Children’s Laureate and Tracy Beaker creator Jacqueline Wilson to hear about her brand new book ‘The Girl Who Wasn’t There’, a story about siblings and friendship with a hint of ghostliness. Join Jacqueline Wilson in conversation with Jojo Silva and Discover how Jacqueline started writing and the inspiration behind some of her best-loved characters.

Jacqueline Wilson wrote her first novel when she was nine years old and she has been writing ever since. She has written over 100 bestselling books and is the creator of characters such as Tracy Beaker and Hetty Feather.
The aim of Ealing Book Festival is to celebrate the joy of reading and to advance engagement and education around literature and reading. Through our events we hope to bring people and communities together; inspire and develop writers of all ages; showcase well-known authors and promote local writers, and grow book-loving audiences.
