Join artist and storyteller Narvir Singh for a creative writing workshop on the theme ‘My Story, My Future’. In this friendly session, participants will explore their personal stories and aspirations, crafting a poem to share at the end. No prior experience in writing or poetry is needed just bring your creativity!
Narvir Singh is an Ealing-based artist specialising in photography, filmmaking, and poetry. His work focuses on natural storytelling, emotional empowerment, and the transformation of the abstract into concrete, aiming to foster a sense of oneness. With a strong emphasis on Punjab’s influence on Southall, West London, Narvir’s art has been exhibited at the BFI, Somerset House and the Barbican and his work is in the National Portrait Gallery Collection.
The aim of Ealing Book Festival is to celebrate the joy of reading and to advance engagement and education around literature and reading. Through our events we hope to bring people and communities together; grow audiences for literature; inspire writers and readers of all ages; showcase well-known authors and promote local writers.
