From Sunday 4 May to Sunday 18 May 2025, access to parts of the Alison Watt: From Light exhibition will be limited. The manor will remain open, but the gallery will be closed. During this time, special admission prices apply: £8 Standard / £4 Students. Visitors can explore the manor, see J’Accuse…! Sculptures by Nicole Farhi, and enjoy Alison Watt’s work in Soane’s historic home.

Please note that during this period there will be no accessible toilet available at Pitzhanger. The nearest accessible toilet is located at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, just a 5-minute walk away. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Summer Holiday Club: Mask Making

Overview

Children aged 7-11 can sign up for our 5-day Creative Summer Holiday Club from 14 to 18 August, a day camp from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm featuring a different art activity each day.

Activities

Join illustrator and animator Lauren Veevers in a mask making workshop where we will use a range of materials to create colourful masks to wear or display proudly on your wall. Whether you want to create a mystical fantasy creature or a wearable version of your family dogs friendly face – we’ll have all the materials you need to create something exciting, vibrant and full of fun to take away with you.

About the Artist

Lauren Veevers is a freelance illustrator, animation and arts educator based in London.

Please Note

  • Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch (please follow the same guidelines as for a packed school lunch, i.e. no nuts).
  • Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately and prepared for the weather on the day (hat, sun cream, rain gear, etc.), as some activities may take place outdoors.
  • Please ensure your child is wearing clothing that is suitable to get messy, as they will be using paints and other mark-making materials!
